Shirodhara

Shirodhara is considered a therapeutic and rejuvenating Ayurvedic treatment for stabilising the state of mind and body, and bringing them into harmony. Shirodhara works on a physical, mental and emotional level. A warm, soothing and continuous flow of oil is poured over the 3rd eye area giving one the feeling of being in a deep state of relaxation, a meditative state of complete peace.
