On Arrival: Please arrive in a timely manner for your appointment. Arriving 5-10 minutes early for your spa appointment ensures you can complete any necessary paperwork, and start the relaxation process. We ask that voices are lowered and speak quietly as you enter and move around the clinic to keep noise to a minimum.

Noise: We also ask that you switch off your mobile phone or place on silent before entering the clinic. We like to keep noise to a minimum to ensure it is a stress free and relaxing experience for all clients. 

Treatment Risks: While we take every precaution to minimise risks, clients should be aware that certain treatments carry inherent risks, such as skin irritation, bruising, or allergic reactions. We will provide detailed information about possible risks during the consultation.
